STANDING SUB-COMMITTEE SERVICE POSITIONS
- It is suggested that ALL Standing Sub-Committee Chairs have a minimum of 4 years of sobriety; or SIGS Group Conscious.
- The Term of Service for all positions is one event.
- Each event will have a binder which will be supplied to incoming event chairs.
- Event chairs are expected to update binder with meeting notes, expense receipt copies (originals to treasurer), program timeline and recommendations to be turned into SIGS. A final report and a final treasury report should be received within 30 to 60 days maximum after the event.

Group Officers Workshop:

Traditions Workshop:

Spring Fling:
- Event funded by SIGS seed money, ticket sales and group/individual donations.
- a sobriety based social activity kicked off with an AA meeting, usually held in a community-based location.
- This event is open to the public.
BBQ / Picnic:
- Sobriety-based outdoor event.
- Event funded by SIGS seed money and group/individual donations.
Share-A-Day:
- The purpose of the event is to educate and familiarize the public with AA and what it does.
- by organizing a full day of the Twelve Steps of Recovery (A.A.) workshops, usually held in public facilities such as schools or parochial venues, this event is open to the public and is totally free of charge.
- Event funded by SIGS seed money and group/individual donations.
Thanksgiving Marathon:
- This event is held to provide meetings during the holiday in lieu of cancelled meetings.
- Is an all-day/evening of A.A. meetings
- usually held in public facilities such as schools or parochial venues
- this event is totally free of charge.
- Event funded by SIGS seed money and group/individual donations.
Spiritual Breakfast:
- Held on the Sunday after Thanksgiving in the morning for three to four hours.
- Event funded by ticket sales and dedicated Spiritual Breakfast budget.

- Is an all-day/evening of A. A. meetings
- usually held in public facilities such as schools or parochial venues
- this event is totally free of charge.

New Years Eve Marathon:
- Is an all-day/evening of A. A. meetings
